black beans, chorizo, tortillas, cheese - delicious

All layered up with a red chile sauce.  We used ancho chiles here.  We served it for a December dinner party - next to it you see a salad of Bibb lettuce, avocado, mango, queso fresco, bacon, and pumpkin seeds.
